Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Bombacaceae online store, operated by Shenzhen Guobo Trading Co., Ltd..

1. Final Sale and Eligible Order Problems

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, purchases are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

• Change of mind;

• Incorrect product or color selection by the customer;

• Personal preference;

• Minor color differences caused by lighting or display settings; or

• Normal measurement or manufacturing tolerances disclosed on the product page.

We will review requests involving:

• Products received damaged;

• Products with a confirmed manufacturing defect;

• Incorrect products sent by us; or

• Items missing from the delivered package.

2. Reporting Period

Eligible order problems must be reported within 7 calendar days after the carrier records the package as delivered.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

3. How to Submit a Request

Email support@bombacaceae.com with the subject line “Order Issue – [Order Number]” and provide:

• Your order number;

• The name and email address used for the order;

• A clear description of the issue;

• Photographs or video showing the product and the problem;

• A photograph of the shipping label; and

• Photographs of the external and internal packaging where relevant.

Do not discard the product or packaging until we complete our review.

4. Review and Available Resolutions

We will review the information provided and may request additional evidence.

If the request is approved, the available resolution may include:

• Sending a replacement;

• Refunding the affected item;

• Providing a partial refund where appropriate; or

• Another solution agreed with the customer.

The appropriate resolution will depend on the nature of the problem, product availability, and applicable law.

5. Authorized Returns

Do not return a product without written return authorization.

If a physical return is required, our approval email will provide the return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization, to an incorrect address, or using an unapproved shipping method may be refused.

The return address is separate from our registered corporate address. Do not send returns to the registered corporate address unless our customer support team expressly instructs you to do so in writing.

For an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, we will provide return-shipping instructions and explain who is responsible for the cost before the product is sent.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We generally initiate approved refunds within 7–12 business days. Additional time may be required for the bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the funds to your account.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are not refundable unless required by law or expressly confirmed by us.

7. Unauthorized or Incomplete Requests

We may be unable to approve a request if:

• The issue is reported outside the stated period;

• Required evidence is not provided;

• The product has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect it;

• The product was returned without authorization; or

• The claim is inconsistent with the available order and delivery records.

These limitations do not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
